The Woltjer Process is similar for each engine that we receive.   Here are the steps in a routine engine rebuild:

1. Receive Motor
2. Unpack Shipping Material
3. Clean Motor
4. Complete Inspection
5. Do what is necessary to obtain 100% performance
6. Rebuild Carb (all carbs are rebuilt before leaving our shop)
7. Break in & Dyno
8. Pack Motor
9. Ship Motor

Hope this helps you gain a "basic" understanding of what is done when we receive your motor... after all, you don't see a magician showing you how the tricks are performed.  :)
